What is your return policy for hardware and e-liquids?
We offer a 14-day return policy on unopened hardware and accessories. For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on e-liquids, coils, or disposable devices once the packaging has been opened.
Are the products on your site authentic?
Yes, we source all our products directly from manufacturers or authorized distributors. Many of our hardware products include a scratch-off authenticity code that can be verified on the manufacturer's website.
Why is my tracking information not updating?
Because we use specialized regional carriers to comply with shipping regulations, tracking updates may sometimes take 48 hours to refresh as the package moves between regional hubs.
